Saving Data in Windows 10

If you are using Concept Toolkit with Windows 10 and and are having problems saving data, follow the instructions below:

  • Find the Program Files (x86) folder on your computer’s “C” drive and double-click on it to open it:
  • Find the Concept Toolkit 12 folder and double-click on it to open it.
  • Find the ConToolkit12 file, right click on it and select Properties.
  • Click on the Compatibility tab of the Properties window.
    • Check the box next to “Run this program in compatibility mode for:”
    • Select Windows XP (Service Pack 3) from the drop down menu.
    • Click Apply.
    • Click OK.
