When you print a plan to PDF in Planning Toolkit, you may get the following error message:
To eliminate this error message in Planning Toolkit, do the following:
- Make sure Planning Toolkit is not open.
- Locate the Planning Toolkit 9 folder found in the Program Files(x86) folder on your “C” drive.
- Right click on the PlanToolkit9.exe file and select “Run as administrator” from the popup menu.
- Planning Toolkit will open and the PDF merge function should work fine from this point on.
- You only need to do this once. You don’t need to repeat these steps each time you use Planning Toolkit.
