Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your FreshPlan. Once enabled, FreshPlan will use two factors to verify your identity to access your account.

What is Two-Factor?

The first factor is your username and password while the second factor is a 6 digit security code and enter after entering your username and password.

How to enable 2FA

Go to your account settings in the My Account page to enable this important feature. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

You can turn 2FA On or Off by checking the appropriate box. Once you select 2FA is ON, a 6 digit security code will be emailed to your FreshPlan email address each time you login.
